Vertchu connects customers with vetted contractors for home improvement services, including but not limited to Custom Construction, Heated Surfaces, Medical Upgrades, Security, Hobbies, Safety, and Energy. The specific services offered may vary.

You agree to use the Vertchu platform in a lawful and ethical manner. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could harm Vertchu, its contractors, or other users. This includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting false or misleading information.
• Harassing or abusing other users or contractors.
• Engaging in any illegal activity.

4. Contractor Vetting

Vertchu takes steps to vet contractors, but does not guarantee the quality or suitability of any contractor. You acknowledge that Vertchu is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any contractor.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are determined between the customer and the contractor. Vertchu does not handle payments directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vertchu is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
